Dr. Caedy Young Hildebrandt, Ph.D. Owner and Licensed Psychologist
Dr. Young (she/her/hers) brings over 10 years of highly specialized education and clinical experience working with neurodevelopmental and neurocognitive disorders in adults. Her expertise encompasses the evaluation, identification, and diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, learning disorders, various dementias, and complex neurodevelopmental presentations that require nuanced understanding and careful assessment. Dr. Young is committed to data-driven, evidence-based assessments that are carefully tailored to each patient’s unique needs and symptom constellation. She understands that no two individuals present identically, and her comprehensive approach ensures that every evaluation captures the full picture of a patient’s cognitive and psychological functioning.
Kieran Watt Director of Operations and Assessment Coordinator
Kieran Watt (he/she/they) serves as both Assessment Coordinator and Director of Operations at Axon Diagnostics, bringing a unique and versatile background to our organization. Kieran is originally from California and is now a proud Portland-area pet parent with experience in retail management, CNC machining, cosmetology, and most recently, real estate. Kieran is friendly, person-centered, outgoing, and dedicated to helping patients receive exceptional care at every step from scheduling, to billing, to post-evaluation care coordination. He loves both personal connection and problem-solving, so Kieran is a great fit for helping patients navigate the evaluation process which can sometimes come with confusion and challenges. Outside of work, Kieran is an avid explorer of Portland’s vibrant food scene and has a famously large indoor plant collection. He also loves spending time with friends and relaxing at home with his dog, Pennywise.
